SurgeTrader abruptly shut down in November 2023 without prior notice to traders. The firm cited "regulatory compliance challenges" but provided little transparency about the actual reasons. Many traders had active funded accounts with pending payouts that were never processed. The website went offline and customer support became unresponsive.
