1. Intraday Hard Breach: Placing an order that exceeds the maximum contract ceiling—even by 1 micro contract—triggers an immediate hard breach, position liquidation, and account forfeiture.

Simulated to Live Brokerage Migration

When a trader generates consistent net profits across multiple payout cycles, Tradeify’s risk committee reviews the account for migration from the Simulated Funded environment to a Live CME Clearing Account:

1. Qualification Benchmark: Sustained trading over 3+ months, completion of 6+ verified payouts, and cumulative net withdrawals exceeding $50,000.
2. Execution Environment: Live capital routed directly to CME clearing brokers (e.g., StoneX / Phillip Capital).
3. Regulatory Requirements: Completion of standard institutional onboarding, including identity re-verification and professional tax documentation.
4. Data Fees in Live: Live accounts operate under institutional routing where exchange fees are deducted from gross brokerage clearing margins, maintaining the 90/10 net profit split.
