FTMO Futures partners directly with Tradovate to provide cloud-based clearing, risk management, and order routing. This architecture allows traders to execute orders across web browsers, desktop terminals, and mobile devices using a unified set of credentials.

Market Data Feed & Execution Details

FTMO Futures includes real-time CME Group market data feeds for all active subscribers:

• Included Exchanges: CME, CBOT, NYMEX, and COMEX.
• Feed Level: Real-time Level 1 (Top of Book - live Bid, Ask, Last Price, Volume).
• Data Cost: $0 / month (included in monthly subscription for verified non-professionals).
• Clearing Colocation: Orders are routed via Tradovate's Chicago execution gateway (Equinix CH2) with average order fill latency under 20ms.

Technical Setup Walkthroughs

1. Tradovate Web Trading Setup

1. Upon purchasing your FTMO Futures challenge, check your welcome email for your Tradovate login credentials.
2. Navigate to trader.tradovate.com and enter your assigned username and password.
3. Accept the standard CME Non-Professional Market Data agreements.
4. Your account balance, trailing drawdown floor, and active CME contract symbols (ES, NQ, YM, RTY, CL, GC) will populate immediately.

2. NinjaTrader 8 Desktop Configuration

1. Install NinjaTrader 8 (64-bit) on your Windows PC.
2. Launch NinjaTrader, navigate to Tools → Options → General tab, and ensure Multi-provider is checked.
3. Select Connections from the main Control Center menu, then click Configure.
4. In the Available connections list, select Tradovate and click Add.
5. Under Connection Properties:
   • User name: Your FTMO Futures Tradovate username.
   • Password: Your FTMO Futures Tradovate password.
   • System: Select Simulation.
6. Click OK, then select Connections → Tradovate. When the connection status light in the bottom left turns green, your account is fully connected.

3. Connecting to TradingView

1. Open any chart on TradingView (tradingview.com/chart).
2. Open the Trading Panel tab at the bottom of the screen.
3. Locate Tradovate and click Connect.
4. In the authentication modal, choose the Demo environment.
5. Enter your FTMO Futures Tradovate credentials and authorize the connection.
6. Orders placed on TradingView will route directly through Tradovate to your FTMO Futures account in real time.
