Lux Trading Firm is one of the few firms that can legally say "We manage a Fund". They are backed by a real asset management arm in London (Kensington). Their goal is not to sell you a $100 challenge. Their goal is to find 10 traders to manage $2.5 Million each.

The Model: Slow Scaling

Lux is not about "Instant Funding".

• Stage 1: Demo evaluation.
• Stage 2: Small live account (e.g., $5,000).
• Stage 3+: Every time you hit 10% profit, they Double your money.
• End Game: If you pass 9 stages, you manage $2.5 Million.

Real Capital vs Demo

Most firms keep you on Demo forever (B-Book). Lux moves you to Real Capital (A-Book) effectively immediately after the evaluation.

• Evidence: They send you trade execution reports showing your orders hitting the Liquidity Provider (LP).

The Rules

• Drawdown: Relative (4% or 5%). This is tighter than FTMO.
• Stop Loss: Mandatory on every trade.
• Style: Swing trading preferred. HFT/Scalping is discouraged.
• Asset Classes: Forex, Indices, and Bonds.

Verdict

Lux Trading Firm is for the Patient Professional. If you want to manage 7 figures and you have a slow-and-steady strategy (5% per month), Lux is the only firm that will actually give you that much money. If you are a "Full Margin" gambler, you will fail Lux in 1 day.
